Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Greater Noida.

The Store

Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage staff performance to maintain a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, implementing retail loss prevention strategies,



and maintaining visual merchandising to reflect the brand's identity. The role will also involve training and motivating the sales team to create a warm and welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a premium shopping experience
- Excellent Communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Proven expertise in Store Management to oversee operations and achieve sales goals
- Experience with Retail Loss Prevention to safeguard store assets and reduce shrinkage
- Experience in team leadership and problem-solving
- Proficiency in using retail management software is an advantage
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in jewelry or luxury retail is a plus
