Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring an excellent in-store experience. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising sales associates, and maintaining visual merchandising standards aligned with the brand’s furniture and interiors offerings.

The Store

Manager monitors inventory levels, coordinates restocking, and ensures store cleanliness and safety. The position involves handling customer inquiries and escalations, driving sales performance, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and supporting local marketing initiatives.

Manager also tracks key performance metrics, prepares reports, and collaborates with leadership to improve store processes and results.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to resolve issues and build long-term relationships.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to guide team members and engage with customers and stakeholders.
- Proven Store Management experience in a retail environment, including staff supervision, scheduling, and daily operations oversight.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and maintain compliance with company policies.
- Additional beneficial qualifications: experience in furniture or home interiors retail, basic understanding of merchandising, proficiency with POS and inventory systems, and the ability to analyze sales data.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the capacity to work on-site and adapt in a fast-paced workplace.
- Preferred education: diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
