Role Description The Store Manager role at iVENUS is a full time, on-site position located in Ratlam.

The Store

Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to Apple Premium Partner standards. This role involves driving sales performance, monitoring inventory, managing visual merchandising, and implementing retail loss prevention measures.

Manager will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by leading the team in delivering excellent customer service,



handling escalations, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization. The position also includes reporting on store performance, training and developing team members, and collaborating with regional leadership to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Effective interpersonal and Communication skills for leading teams, engaging customers, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Proven Store Management experience in retail, including staff supervision, sales planning, and operational oversight.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring shrinkage, ensuring compliance with procedures, and maintaining store security.
- Experience in consumer electronics or premium retail, ideally with Apple products or similar technology brands.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, make data-driven decisions, and meet sales and performance targets.
- Competence with basic retail systems and tools (POS, inventory management, and reporting software).
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, retail management, or a related field.
