Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a premium fashion store in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in luxury/premium fashion retail, HNI clienteling, high-ticket sales and team management, with a strong understanding of personalised customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Own store sales, targets, P&L; and overall performance.
- Drive high-ticket sales, conversion and average bill value.
- Build and manage a solid HNI/VIP client book through personalised clienteling.
- Lead, train and motivate the store sales team.
- Maintain premium customer service, grooming and store experience.
- Manage inventory, alterations and order fulfilment.
- Coordinate with HQ on merchandising, marketing and store activations.
- Handle VIP clients,



escalations and after-sales service.
- Analyse store performance and provide actionable insights to management.

Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in luxury/premium fashion retail.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Store Manager / Store Leadership role.
- Strong experience in clienteling and high-ticket selling.
- Menswear, bespoke or tailoring experience preferred.
- Excellent people-management and team-training skills.
- Polished communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable handling HNI/VIP clientele.
- Candidates based in Mumbai or willing to relocate can apply.
