- Receive all food items, provisions, and consumables as per approved purchase orders and indents.

- Check quantity, quality, freshness, and expiry dates of all incoming materials.

- Accept and account for materials only after approval from the concerned department head.

- Segregate and clearly label rejected, damaged, or disputed items and report immediately.

- Maintain accurate stock registers for food items, perishables, non-perishables, and consumables.

- Follow FIFO / FEFO methods for issuing food items.

- Arrange stores neatly in racks, bins, and cold storage for easy identification and counting.

- Issue food items to kitchen and catering teams only against authorized indents and obtain acknowledgements.

- Coordinate with kitchen and F&B; teams to ensure timely availability of materials for events.

- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and initiate timely indenting.

- Report slow-moving, excess, or near-expiry items to management.

- Prevent stock-outs and ensure continuous supply for catering operations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
