Job Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day operations of the store.

- Achieve sales, revenue and store targets.

- Lead, train and motivate the store team.

- Monitor key retail KPIs such as UPT, ATV, conversion, and Sales.

- Ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.

- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and shrinkage control.

- Ensure proper Visual Merchandising (VM) and PUMA brand standards.

- Prepare and review daily/weekly sales reports.

- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

- Maintain store discipline, hygiene and operational standards.

Industry: Fashion / Sportswear Retail

Candidate Requirements

- 3-6 years of experience in retail, preferably Fashion / Sportswear / Lifestyle.

- Prior experience as Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager preferred.

- Strong leadership and team-management skills.

- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.

- Strong sales and target orientation.

- Good understanding of retail operations and store KPIs.

- Comfortable working in a quick-paced retail environment.
