Role Description The Store Assistant is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune District. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day store operations, including receiving, checking, and organizing incoming materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and preparing items for dispatch as per order requirements.



The role involves coordinating with production and sales teams to ensure timely availability of fasteners and treated components, labeling and storing goods systematically, and assisting in stock counts and documentation.

The Store

Assistant will also help handle basic customer and vendor interactions related to deliveries and pickups, follow company safety and housekeeping standards within the store area, and support continuous improvements in store processes.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and visitors.
- Retail Sales and basic store operations experience, preferably in industrial, hardware, or manufacturing environments.
- Good Organization Skills for inventory handling, record keeping, and maintaining a clean and orderly store layout.
- Ability to participate in Training activities and adopt standard operating procedures for materials handling and safety.
- Basic computer literacy for using inventory systems, spreadsheets, and email.
- Attention to detail and reliability in checking quantities, documentation, and product labeling.
- Ability to lift and move materials safely and comply with workplace safety guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in store
