- Welcome and greet guests in a polite and professional manner.

- Attend to guests promptly and courteously.

- Take food and beverage orders accurately.

- Explain menu items, special dishes, and available offers when required.

- Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.

- Check guest satisfaction during the meal.

Table Setup &

- Service

- Prepare tables before opening or service time.

- Arrange cutlery, crockery, glassware, napkins, and other required items.

- Follow proper sequence and standards of food service.

- Clear used plates, glasses, and cutlery promptly.

- Reset tables quickly and neatly for the next guest

Food &

- Beverage Support

- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely service.

- Collect food and beverages from the kitchen/bar and serve them to guests.

- Inform the supervisor immediately about delays, wrong orders, or guest complaints.

- Ensure food is served at the correct temperature and presentation standard.

Guest Complaints

- Listen to guest complaints patiently and respectfully.

- Try to resolve straightforward service issues immediately.

- Report serious complaints to the Captain, Supervisor, or Manager.

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Billing &





- Payment Support

- Present bills to guests when instructed.

- Check the bill details before presenting it.

- Assist with cash/card/UPI payment procedures as per hotel policy.

- Ensure bills and payment records are handled carefully.

Personal Grooming &

- Hygiene

- Maintain proper uniform and personal grooming.

- Keep hands, nails, hair, and overall appearance clean.

- Follow food safety and personal hygiene standards.

- Wear required safety/hygiene accessories as instructed.

Teamwork

- Coordinate effectively with Captain, Restaurant Manager, Kitchen, Bar, Housekeeping, and Front Office teams.

- Support colleagues during busy periods and events.

- Follow instructions from supervisors and management.

- Maintain discipline and punctuality.

Closing Duties

- Clear and clean tables after service.

- Clean and organize the service station.

- Return equipment and supplies to their designated places.

- Report breakages, shortages, guest issues, and pending tasks to the supervisor before leaving.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
