Key Requirements

- Robust accounting and controllership background with experience in statutory reporting, regulatory filings, and audit compliance

- Manage statutory reporting and compliance across legal entities and branches

- Drive technical accounting compliance, internal controls, process improvements, and operational excellence

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with local accounting standards and US GAAP

- Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits, and stakeholder interactions with auditors, tax teams, and third-party service providers

- Support financial analysis, policy implementation, and controllership activities

- Lead small teams and collaborate effectively across functions

Preferred Qualification

- CA / CMA / MBA Finance

- 3-4+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, statutory reporting, controllership, or audit

- Strong knowledge of statutory accounting, US GAAP, financial controls, and audit processes

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Prior experience managing audits, regulatory compliance, and third-party service providers is preferred
