PURPOSE OF JOB:

Assist , Guide & Monitor Branches for compliance to SOP , Company Systems & Procedures pertaining to GL , Liability , and other products of the company.

Continually oversee business operational and escalate critical issues

Strive for process improvement and enhancing operational efficiency

Take proactive measures to avoid Customer Complaints from Branches and improve Customer Loyalty Attend and solve Customer Complaints and Grievances

KEY RELATIONSHIP:

- External Stake Holders: Auctioneers, Local Police Station, Lawyers
- Internal Stake Holders: Branch Staff, Audit, AMs (Business & Operations) and RMs (Business & Operations), HR & Admin

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Have thorough knowledge and understanding of SOPs ,Policies , Operational Manual , Circulars , L-Code , Operations Modules and systems in the company.
- Maintain good working relations/ co-ordination with Area Managers, RM , ZH , Regional HR& Admin & IT Co-Ordinator for smooth functioning of branches
- Ensure that business operations are in line with the Policies , Procedures and Systems and in conformance with the Value System of the Company
- Monitoring of SOD and EOD and reporting deviations
- Escalate major process violations , misconducts , misappropriation , staff conflicts and omissions of field staff to seniors
- Assess skill and knowledge level of Branch staff and guide , assist and train branch staff as and when required.
- Meticulous Review of Audit comments and initiate timely rectification of the same. Resolved and closed Non-Conformances within TAT




- Handle Auction and related activities including notice dispatch, advertisements, follow-ups, sealing and moving gold packets.
- Co-ordinate with AMs and Branches for tracking defaulters and lead revenue recovery initiatives including one on one settlement, sending notices to defaulters, follow up and recovery of overdue gold loans / any other loans.
- Support the branches on day to day operations
- Assist Corporate Office in filing Police complaints, Court Cases, and local bodies / statutory authorities as and when required
- Monitoring interest collections and renewal of matured loan accounts of branches.
- Monitor Management of funds and effective utilization of cash at branches.
- Ensure CRL conformance of branches and provide approval for requirements above CRL
- BRL Management & guidance
- Approvals for third party GL release
- Monitoring Inter branch fund transfers and approvals.
- Get the report of Fortnight Gold Stock verification from branches.
- Monthly Bank reconciliation of branch bank accounts in coordination with Accounts department.
- Co-ordinate with the other departments on recent branch opening, branch mergers and shifting.
- Ensure change of mandate during transfer/resignation in a branch (bank account)
- Inventory audit arrangement and ensure effective HOTO process is followed at branches.
- Any other assignments given by the management time to time.
- Visit branches along with business team whenever any major incident happens
