NeuroPixelPeak is looking for an experienced Startup Fundraising Advisor to support our ongoing pre-seed fundraising process.

We are seeking an individual with demonstrated experience in startup fundraising and an established skilled network across the Indian investment ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and execute an investor outreach strategy
- Identify relevant angel investors, HNIs, pre-seed/seed VCs, family offices and strategic investors
- Facilitate appropriate warm introductions where relationships already exist
- Support investor communication, meetings and follow-ups
- Help refine fundraising strategy, investor targeting and round positioning
- Coordinate with the founders during investor due diligence and fundraising discussions
- Maintain a structured investor pipeline and provide regular progress updates

Preferred experience

- Previous experience supporting startups with fundraising
- Demonstrable relationships with Indian angel investors, VCs and/or family offices
- Understanding of pre-seed and seed-stage fundraising




- Experience with DeepTech, AI, Healthcare, MedTech, Neurotechnology or related sectors is preferred
- Strong investor communication and relationship-management skills
- Ability to provide verifiable examples of relevant fundraising work

Role: Fundraising Advisor / Investor Relations Consultant

Engagement: Part-time / consulting

Location: India — Remote

Compensation: Negotiable based on experience and engagement structure. Any success-based component will be agreed in writing before engagement.
