We are establishing a recent business focused on the design, assembly, integration and commercial deployment of enterprise servers, GPU servers and AI-computing infrastructure.

We are seeking an experienced technical professional capable of helping build the business from its initial stage. The selected candidate will lead server architecture, component selection, prototype development, testing, vendor coordination and customer-specific solution design.

Key responsibilities

- Design and configure enterprise rack servers, storage servers and GPU/AI servers.
- Select compatible CPUs, motherboards, GPUs, RAM, NVMe storage, NICs, RAID controllers, PSUs and chassis.
- Develop configurations using AMD EPYC, Intel Xeon and NVIDIA GPU platforms.
- Understand PCIe architecture, GPU topology, NVLink, networking and storage bottlenecks.
- Calculate server power consumption, cooling requirements and rack-level power density.
- Build prototypes and establish assembly, burn-in, validation and quality-control procedures.
- Diagnose hardware, firmware, BIOS, BMC/IPMI and operating-system compatibility issues.
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors and component manufacturers.
- Evaluate Supermicro, Dell, HPE, Lenovo, ASUS and other server platforms.
- Develop bills of materials, technical specifications and cost estimates.
- Support customer discussions and recommend suitable infrastructure for AI, cloud, enterprise and data-centre workloads.
- Recruit and train a server assembly and technical-support team.




- Assist management in developing the product range and technical roadmap.

Required qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience with enterprise-server hardware, system integration, data-centre infrastructure or an OEM server company.
- Strong practical knowledge of rack-server assembly and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Linux and server-management platforms such as BMC/IPMI.
- Understanding of high-speed networking, including 25/40/100/200 GbE or InfiniBand.
- Knowledge of thermal design, redundant power systems and rack integration.
- Ability to independently take a server design from specification to a working and tested system.
- Strong vendor-management and technical-documentation skills.

Preferred experience
- NVIDIA-certified platforms, HGX/DGX, H100/H200/B200 or comparable GPU servers.
- Supermicro, Dell, HPE, Lenovo, ASUS or Gigabyte server systems.
- AI clusters, HPC systems or data-centre deployments.
- Hardware certification, BIS, EMI/EMC testing or product-compliance procedures.
- Previous experience establishing a server integration or assembly operation.

Candidate profile This position suits a hands-on technical leader who is comfortable working in a startup environment. The person should be capable of both designing a system and physically supervising its assembly, testing and troubleshooting.

Pay: ₹394,333.98 - ₹500,000.00 per year
