- Provide protected, ethical, and patient-centered nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH) standards.

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients while maintaining accurate nursing records and documentation.

- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, blood products, and treatments as prescribed by the treating physician, following medication safety protocols.

- Monitor patients’ vital signs, clinical condition, intake-output charting, and promptly report any abnormal findings or emergencies to the medical team.

- Maintain infection prevention and control practices, hand hygiene compliance, biomedical waste segregation, and aseptic techniques.

- Ensure patient identification, informed consent verification, safety measures, fall prevention, and adherence to patient rights and safety goals.

- Assist doctors and multidisciplinary teams during procedures, emergencies, resuscitation, and routine clinical care activities.

- Maintain nursing equipment,



emergency crash carts, inventory, and ensure readiness of patient care areas at all times.

Qualification – Staff Nurse

- General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.

- Valid registration with State Nursing Council / Indian Nursing Council.

- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); ACLS certification preferred for critical care areas.

Experience – Staff Nurse

- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.

- Experience in patient care, medication administration, emergency handling, and clinical documentation.

- Familiarity with NABH protocols, biomedical waste management, and infection control practices.

- Experience in handling patients in wards, ICU, OT, emergency, or specialty departments as applicable.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
