- Total experience: 5.5+ years

- Robust hands-on expertise in JavaScript (ES6+, async/await, closures) and React.

- Must-have solid proficiency in Python with production-grade development experience.

- Hands-on experience with Flask or FastAPI for building REST APIs.

- Strong experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL; MySQL/SQL Server is also acceptable.

- Good understanding of database schema design, joins, indexing, and query optimization.

- Strong understanding of application architecture, system design, scalability, and problem-solving.

- Experience in end-to-end development from database schema and backend services to frontend UI.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex and ambiguous technical problems.

- Experience with Git and version control best practices.

- Good-to-have experience with Electron framework for desktop applications.

- Good-to-have experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as ADK or LangGraph.

- Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI, Docker, CI/CD, and unit/integration testing is preferred.

- Experience with Claude Code or other AI-assisted development tools is an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design and develop production-grade full-stack web applications and REST APIs.

- Build responsive and scalable frontend applications using JavaScript and React.





- Develop robust backend services and APIs using Python with Flask/FastAPI.

- Design and optimize relational database schemas, queries, indexes, and data models.

- Own end-to-end development from database design through backend services and user interface.

- Participate in system design and develop scalable, maintainable application architectures.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver effective solutions.

- Develop and maintain API documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Follow Git, coding, testing, and software development best practices.

- Contribute to CI/CD and containerized deployments using Docker.

- Explore and leverage AI-assisted development tools and Agentic AI frameworks where applicable.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices. Qualifications
