Product Engineering:

- Execute development projects & series support and ensure engineering quality as per BES_PE standards and release the with necessary verification to ensure customer satisfaction.

Project Management

- Organize and Execute customer sub-projects and ensure high-quality project delivery and customer satisfaction.




- Participate in meetings with customers for technical alignments

Quality And Risk Management

- Provide technical inputs, participate and contribute to resolving technical issues, ensuring product quality
- Notify possible Risks, Provide Information & Data on Development metrics report areas for improvement

Knowledge Management

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices related to Project management, sustainable product/system development and engineering

Innovation Management

- Participate in Product innovation and continuous Process improvement, Implement innovative/creative concepts in development projects as Invention reports

Qualifications

Requirements A) Essential : B.E. (Mechanical)

B) Desirable

- 1/2 years of work experience in development / Process engineering/ Quality
- Basics & working knowledge of GD&T;
- Analytical reasoning ability and experience in practical application of Problem-solving tools
- Good knowledge on reading drawings and Form parameters
- Knowledge of FMEA’s, ISO TS 16949,Quality tools, statistics
- Knowledge of German language is an added advantage
- Good communication skills written and spoken in English language
- Knowledge on Pro-E, CAD software for modeling and drafting will be added advantage

Additional Information

- Positive Knowledge on internal combustion engines and application of Exhaust after treatment components.
- Understand generic issues w.r.t Product capabilities and limitations
- Basic awareness of quality management tools Viz. FMEA, DRBFM, 8D, FLOW / OneQ etc.,
- Risk assessment: Able to prepare a risk assessment based on FMEA - Able to discuss a risk assessment to internal panel
- Should be able to handle project independently and collaboratively; should be able to foresee likely problems and plan for suitable approach.
- Should be willing to accept responsibility & show results.
- Willingness to travel, good in communication and networking
