Were looking for someone who can own a website from the first strategy conversation to the final handoff and defend every decision in the room.

At this level, were less interested in whether you can execute (you can) and more interested in how you think. Can you take a positioning statement and turn it into a site architecture Can you tell a client why the hero needs less copy, and have them agree Can you set up a system a junior designer can build inside without breaking it

What youll do

- Own website projects end to end information architecture, wireframes, visual design, design system, handoff.
- Sit in strategy and client conversations, and translate whats discussed into structure and screens.
- Build scalable design systems that a team can work inside.
- Present design rationale to clients and internal stakeholders with confidence grounded in the strategy, not personal taste.
- Mentor mid-level and junior designers: review their work, unblock them, raise the bar.
- Partner with Developers on feasibility, performance and pixel-accurate implementation.
- Push our AI-assisted design workflows forward and help the whole team work better.

What were looking for

- 56 years in web/digital design, with meaningful time at a design studio or agency.
- A portfolio of shipped websites where you can clearly explain your role and your reasoning.
- Expert Figma skills,



including design systems and complex prototyping.
- Strong command of typography, layout, hierarchy and responsive behaviour.
- Experience designing for B2B, SaaS, or considered-purchase categories.
- Solid grasp of accessibility, performance constraints and developer handoff.
- Experience mentoring or reviewing other designers work.
- Comfortable presenting to clients and handling pushback well.
- An AI enthusiast who actively experiments with emerging creative tools and workflows.
- Fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Ideogram, Framer AI or similar.

Bonus points

- Webflow, Framer or WordPress build experience.
- Motion design or prototyping animation.
- Experience running UX research or usability testing.
- Brand identity work alongside your digital portfolio.
