Job Summary

Viable Outsource Solution is hiring a Senior US Litigation with strong hands-on experience in the US Civil and Probate domain.

The ideal candidate should have experience handling the end-to-end litigation process, from case intake to document preparation and e-filing, along with proven team-handling and leadership capabilities.

The candidate should also be confident in client communication and client handling, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Note: Candidates should have relevant hands-on experience in US Civil/Probate litigation and end-to-end case processing, including intake to e-filing.Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team.
- Having prior experience in US Civil or Probate litigation processes.
- Handle and monitor cases from initial intake through document preparation, review, and e-filing.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned cases and tasks.
- Guide team members on legal processes, documentation, filing requirements, and client instructions.
- Monitor team productivity, quality, turnaround time, and overall performance.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback and guidance to team members.
- Handle client communication and respond to client requirements professionally.
- Manage client escalations and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Identify process-related issues and provide effective solutions.
- Train and support team members to improve their domain knowledge and performance.
- Coordinate with management regarding team performance, client requirements, and process updates.
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines, quality standards, and client requirements.





Required Skills & Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in US Civil Litigation / Probate.
- Minimum 6 months of team handling or Team Lead experience.
- Hands-on experience with the end-to-end litigation process.
- Experience in case intake, document preparation/review, and e-filing.
- Strong understanding of US Civil and/or Probate legal processes.
- Strong team-handling traits with the ability to lead, guide, motivate, and manage team members effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong client communication and client-handling skills.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle escalations and work under deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Willingness to work in a 9:00 PM 6:00 AM night shift.
