About Dream Travel Yaari
Dream Travel Yaari is a growing travel company specializing in domestic and international holiday packages. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Travel Sales Consultant to join our sales team in Noida.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound travel sales enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and provide accurate quotations to customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Negotiate effectively and close sales while maintaining healthy margins.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a smooth booking experience.
- Coordinate with the operations/reservations team for bookings, confirmations and amendments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update lead status in the CRM.
- Handle customer queries related to packages, hotels, flights, transfers, visas and other travel services.
- Stay updated with popular destinations, travel trends, hotel options and package offerings.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements :
- 1–4 years of experience in Travel Sales / Holiday Sales / Travel Consultancy.
- Experience in selling domestic and/or international holiday packages.
- Strong communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of travel destinations, itineraries and tourism products.
- Comfortable handling customers over calls and WhatsApp.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Candidates with experience in international travel sales will be preferred.
