Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with customers to define and shape product solutions aligned with business objectives and expected outcomes.

- Gather, analyze, and document technical requirements for solution implementation.

- Lead discussions on solution architecture, technology selection, design methodologies, and implementation approaches with customers and stakeholders.

- Design and develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, reference architectures, and industry-specific solution assets.

- Architect cloud-native solutions leveraging Message Queues, Distributed Caching, Load Balancing, RDBMS, NoSQL databases, and Key-Value Stores.

- Define and implement security protocols, analytics frameworks, and channel integration strategies.

- Address non-functional requirements such as scalability, performance, reliability, availability, and maintainability.

- Design, document, and govern enterprise-grade APIs following RESTful architecture principles and industry best practices.

- Provide architecture recommendations aligned with project requirements and enterprise standards.

- Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural and engineering best practices.

- Collaborate with Technical Managers, Backend Engineering Teams, Senior Business Analysts, UX Teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Contribute to architectural governance and drive engineering excellence in a collaborative environment.

Mandatory Skills

- 10 to 13 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Solution Development, and Product Engineering.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong expertise in Java application development for both on-premises and cloud environments.





- Extensive experience in full-stack application architecture and engineering.

- Solid proficiency in API design, API documentation, and RESTful architecture principles.

- Hands-on experience with API Gateways and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with application servers such as Apache Tomcat, JBoss, or WebLogic.

- Strong understanding of Cloud Native Architecture and distributed systems concepts.

- Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and Enterprise Application Integration.

- Experience with multi-threading frameworks and data persistence technologies.

- Proficiency with source code management and CI/CD tools such as Git and Jenkins.

- Proven experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise or customer-facing applications.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills

- Experience building reusable assets, frameworks, accelerators, and reference architectures.

- Familiarity with mobile application integration through RESTful services and backend platforms.

- Experience optimizing and integrating business processes across multiple systems and technologies.

- Knowledge of performance tuning, scalability optimization, and architectural best practices.

- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and adopt emerging technologies and modern engineering practices.

- Prior experience in technical leadership, architectural governance, and mentoring engineering teams.

- Strong customer-facing consulting and solutioning experience.
