About the Role

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with a solid background in end-to-end technical recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across contract, C2H, and full-time positions. The recruiter should be capable of working in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting hiring targets.

Required Skills

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing industry and recruitment lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience sourcing candidates from Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Expertise in Boolean Search and X-Ray Search techniques.




- Good understanding of US work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN, etc.).
- Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, QA Automation, and AI technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet submission and placement targets

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience working with direct clients, implementation partners, or staffing firms.
- Ability to work in US business hours.
