Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative In-House Photographer & Videographer to join our Marketing & Communications team. The role will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that captures the essence of the hotel, F&B; experiences, guest journeys, events, experiences, and brand storytelling across digital and social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of luxury hospitality and F&B; , an eye for detail, and the ability to independently conceptualise, shoot, edit and deliver content in both photography and video formats.

- Plan, shoot and edit high-quality photography and videography for the hotel, F&B; outlets, spa, weddings, events and guest experiences.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, Reels, Stories, YouTube and other digital platforms .
- Capture food and beverage photography and videography, including dishes, cocktails, chefs, restaurant ambience and dining experiences.
- Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling ideas in collaboration with the Marketing, F&B; and Operations teams.
- Cover hotel events, activations, celebrations, weddings, media visits, influencer collaborations and special experiences.
- Create short-form video content, Reels and social-first content with an understanding of current digital trends.
- Manage the complete content process from conceptualisation and shooting to editing and final delivery .
- Edit photographs using tools such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop .

Qualifications

- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent software .
- Maintain an organised library of photographs, videos and raw footage.
- Ensure all content reflects the luxury positioning, visual identity and brand standards of the hotel.




- Work closely with the Marketing team to maintain a consistent and relevant monthly content calendar .
- Assist in developing creative assets for campaigns, offers, F&B; promotions and brand partnerships.
- Stay updated on emerging photography, videography, editing and social media trends.

Additional Information

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in photography and videography, preferably with F&B;, hospitality, luxury lifestyle or premium consumer brands .
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both photography and videography skills , particularly food, lifestyle and hospitality content.
- Good understanding of food photography and videography , including lighting, composition and styling.
- Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lenses, lighting and basic audio equipment.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software .
- Ability to independently conceptualise and execute content from brief to final output.
- Solid understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form video and social media content formats .
- Creative eye with strong attention to detail and composition.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and manage multiple shoots and deadlines.
- Comfortable working flexible hours when required for events, weddings, dinners and special activations.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to identify content opportunities independently.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with F&B; brands, luxury hotels, restaurants, bars, resorts, lifestyle brands or premium hospitality businesses will be strongly preferred.

Someone who is not just a photographer or videographer, but a visual storyteller —someone who can identify what makes an experience special, translate it into compelling content, and deliver polished, social-ready assets with minimal supervision.
