About the Role

CAARA Indore is looking for passionate and service-oriented hospitality professionals to join our Front of House team. We are hiring candidates across multiple levels — Server, Senior Server, Supervisor, and Senior Supervisor.

The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for hospitality, excellent guest-handling skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and provide professional, attentive, and personalized service.
- Ensure an excellent guest experience from arrival through departure.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Develop strong knowledge of CAARA's menu, ingredients, preparation methods, beverages, and daily specials.
- Confidently explain menu items and make suitable recommendations to guests.
- Maintain high standards of service, presentation, grooming, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, host/hostess, and other departments to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Take ownership of assigned tables/sections and ensure smooth floor operations.
- Support upselling and contribute towards achieving restaurant sales targets.
- Monitor guest flow, table turnover, reservations, and service timing.
- Conduct and participate in pre-service briefings and communicate daily operational requirements.
- Supervise and guide junior team members as required.




- Support the training, induction, and development of new team members.
- Ensure that all team members follow CAARA's SOPs, service standards, grooming guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor team discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct.
- Identify operational issues and proactively communicate them to the management team.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational challenges.
- Support inventory control and help minimize wastage where applicable.
- Assist during events, special occasions, and high-volume service periods.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and contribute to continuous improvement of restaurant operations.
- For senior-level positions, take responsibility for leading the floor and supporting the Restaurant Manager/Assistant Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations.

Candidate Profile
- Experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or the hospitality industry.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent guest service and relationship-building abilities.
- Professional grooming and presentation.
- Valuable understanding of restaurant service and FOH operations.

- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by business operations.

Experience Candidates will be considered according to their experience and suitability for the appropriate level:
- Server: 0–2 years
- Senior Server: 2–4 years
- Supervisor: 2–4 years, preferably with supervisory experience
- Senior Supervisor: 4–6 years, with strong team-handling and floor-management experience

Candidates with relevant hospitality experience and the right attitude may be considered for a suitable position based on their skills and experience.
