Responsibilities What Youll do As a Software Engineer at Principal Financial Group, you will be at the forefront of crafting innovative and high-performance software solutions.

Your role will involve crafting, developing, and implementing software that drives our products. You will develop, test, support, and maintain integration solutions while building a robust understanding of NetSuite, Oracle Cloud, AWS services, and Finance business processes.

Responsibilities

- Develop data validation, transformation, enrichment, and mapping logic to meet complex business requirements.

- Create and maintain automated workflows and orchestration processes in AWS.

- Develop and support Python-based integration and data processing solutions.

- Partner with Finance and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring high system reliability and performance.

- Design, develop, and support integrations between NetSuite, Oracle Cloud, and AWS-based platforms.

- Build scalable and reliable integration solutions using AWS services such as AWS Glue.

- Follow best practices for integration architecture, security, monitoring, and operational support.

- Resolve queries/issues and provide Application/functional support to peers juniors.

- Build holistic understanding of applications underlying domain being supported.

- Knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

- Who You are: We are looking for a strong NetSuite and AWS Integration Engineer with deep experience in designing, building, and supporting integrations between NetSuite, Oracle Cloud, and AWS platforms.





- Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise to develop data validation, transformation, enrichment, and mapping logic to meet complex business requirements.

- The ideal candidate will have will develop, test, support, and maintain integration solutions while building a strong understanding of NetSuite, Oracle Cloud, AWS services, and Finance business processes.

- NetSuite Integration Expert + Oracle Cloud Integration Experience + AWS Glue Expert + Strong Python Developer + Finance ERP Domain Knowledge.

- Experience: 4 to 7 years

- Education: Bachelor's (Engineering)/Master's in computer science or a related field.

- Must Have Skills:

- Strong NetSuite domain expertise and hands-on experience with NetSuite integrations.

- End-to-end experience building integrations on AWS.

- Experience receiving files, validating data, applying complex business and finance mappings, and processing data using AWS services.

- Advanced hands-on experience with AWS Glue, including ETL design, transformation logic, and data processing frameworks.

- Experience building and supporting job automation and orchestration solutions in AWS.

- Expert-level Python development skills.

- Good understanding of Finance ERP systems, financial data models, and accounting processes.

- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
