Senior Salesforce Developer – Experience Cloud / PRM

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team and build scalable Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Experience Cloud and Partner Relationship Management (PRM).

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Development, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Experience Cloud, and Partner Portal solutions, along with a solid understanding of Salesforce security and automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Develop customized applications and features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce automation.
- Build and enhance Salesforce Experience Cloud / Partner Portal solutions.
- Develop partner-facing capabilities including partner onboarding, deal registration, partner access, and portal workflows.
- Implement Salesforce configurations, custom objects, workflows, notifications, dashboards, and business processes.
- Configure and maintain security models, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data access controls.




- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Write high-quality, maintainable code and perform unit testing and code reviews.
- Support deployments, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production releases.
- Follow Agile development practices and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Solid expertise in Salesforce Development, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Strong experience with Salesforce PRM / Partner Portal capabilities.
- Experience developing partner onboarding, deal registration, partner access, and partner-facing portal functionalities.
- Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.
- Experience with Salesforce automation, dashboards, notifications, and customizations.
- Experience with unit testing, code reviews, deployment, and production support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
