SRM Technologies is hiring Inbound Sales Advisors with excellent English communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach.
The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and comfortable handling inbound calls from US customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from US customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable products/services and convert enquiries into sales.
- Build strong customer rapport and deliver excellent customer service.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records.
- Follow company sales and quality standards.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Solid convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in a USA/night shift.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in international sales, BPO, telecalling, or customer service is an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
