Key Responsibilities:

- Consult with potential buyers to understand their requirements

- Present curated, RERA-verified projects matching buyer criteria

- Coordinate site visits and developer meetings

- Negotiate commercial terms and assist with documentation

- Maintain CRM pipeline and follow up on leads

Requirements

- 3+ years in real estate sales (recent projects preferred)

- Strong knowledge of Pune/PCMC micro-markets

- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, Marathi

- Proven track record of closing deals

- Own vehicle preferred
