Key Responsibilities

Market Customer Insight

- Study specific geographies to understand local credit needs.

- Perform behavioural analysis of consumers taking credit.

- Build the TAM and define target segments for the product.

Product Design Roadmap

- Design user journeys and configure them on Yabxs sandbox setting.

- Map the product roadmap to business priorities.

- Develop an understanding of various accounting models to support multiple credit products on the platform.

Regulatory Market Readiness

- Scan and interpret financial guidelines in each market entered.

- Build market-specific regulatory and operational requirements into the product.

Delivery Cross-Functional Execution

- Work with cross-functional teams to build support for product functionality.

- Interact with business analysts, partners, and business teams to finalise solutions.

- Coordinate with the testing team and partner systems to enable testing and delivery of developed features.

Required Skills

Functional

- Demonstrated ability to use data to drive critical results.

- Experience developing product documentation, user stories, and related material.





- Ability to create business cases and build the rationale behind product roadmaps and plans.

- Experience in non-traditional financial services, including building and delivering mobile-first application designs.

- Experience working on lending platforms - good to have.

- Experience in payments - good to have.

Qualifications

- MBA / MCA / M.Tech / B.Sc / B.Tech / B.Arch.

- 3-5 years of total experience.
