Overview

We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer / Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Developer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, C#/.NET and Azure integration services .

The selected candidate will work on an enterprise modernization initiative involving the development, customization, integration, and migration of business applications using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem .

The ideal candidate should have progressed from a strong C#/.NET development background into Dynamics CRM and Power Platform development and should be comfortable working on complex enterprise applications and integrations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, customize, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform .
- Develop Power Apps , including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Design and implement business processes using Power Automate .




- Develop and customize Dynamics CRM Plugins, Custom Workflows, Custom Actions, Business Rules, and Web Resources .
- Develop custom components using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS .
- Configure and develop solutions using Microsoft Dataverse .
- Develop and consume REST APIs and Web Services .
- Work with JSON, XML, and SOAP-based integrations .
- Design and implement integrations using:
- Azure Service Bus
- Azure Functions
- Azure Logic Apps
- Azure API Management
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform with third-party and enterprise applications.
- Support migration of legacy applications, processes, and workflows to Microsoft Power Platform.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, performance tuning, and production support.
- Conduct code reviews and develop reusable technical components.
- Follow Microsoft development and enterprise application development best practices.
- Prepare technical design documents, deployment documentation, and system documentation.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA teams, Project Managers, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, backlog grooming, development, testing, releases, and production support.

Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Developer / Power Platform Developer with strong hands-on development experience. The candidate should have a solid foundation in C#/.NET development and extensive experience building and customizing Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 , followed by robust hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Plugins, Web Resources, APIs, and Azure integration services .

This is a technical development position. Candidates with primarily functional, administrative, support-only, or low-code-only Power Platform experience may not be suitable.
