Run the paid search engine of our performance marketing, across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.

The role

You will sit inside the performance marketing team and own the day-to-day execution, monitoring and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. The work runs the full loop: setup, launch, daily performance, reporting and the steady optimization that compounds. It is a detail-first seat, and a solid place to keep deepening search engine marketing expertise.

Responsibilities

- Set up and launch paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including keyword research, ad group structure and ad copy.
- Write and refine ad copy, headlines and extensions with the wider team, following established processes and naming conventions.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and catch anomalies and issues early.
- Build performance reports on clicks, impressions, cost and conversions, and read the trends that point to the next optimization.
- Run optimizations: bid adjustments, budget changes,



targeting refinements and A/B tests on ad copy and landing pages.
- Verify tracking end to end, including conversion tags and UTM parameters, and keep campaign documentation organized.

Requirements

- A bachelor degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising.
- A solid grasp of digital advertising concepts, with strong attention to detail and organization.
- An analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English, working independently and with the team.

Nice to have

- Google Ads Certification, or the willingness to earn it within 3 to 6 months of joining.
