Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day field operations at the assigned location/site.
- Ensure smooth and timely execution of daily operational activities as per company SOPs.
- Monitor manpower attendance, deployment, productivity, and overall performance.
- Coordinate with Field Executives, Team Leaders, Supervisors, and other operational staff.
- Track daily work completion, collection activities, route/area coverage, and operational targets.
- Identify operational issues and take timely corrective actions to ensure uninterrupted services.
- Coordinate with government authorities, municipal officials, clients, and other stakeholders whenever required.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies, processes, and SOPs at the site.
- Review daily operational reports and maintain accurate records related to manpower and field activities.
- Monitor absenteeism and arrange manpower replacements to maintain operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular field visits to verify work quality, employee performance, and service delivery.
- Handle employee-related operational issues and resolve them in coordination with the HR and management teams.




- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports with management.
- Analyze operational performance and suggest improvements for better productivity and service quality.
- Ensure proper discipline, grooming, and professional conduct of field employees.
- Support management in achieving operational targets and improving overall site performance.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of field operations and manpower management.
- Valuable leadership and team-handling skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and work under pressure.
- Good understanding of SOPs, attendance, manpower deployment, and productivity tracking.
- Willingness to travel and conduct regular field visits.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, field operations, manpower management, waste management, facility management, or a similar industry.
- Candidates with experience in managing large field teams will be preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field movement.
