Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Operations Executive who can independently manage client interactions, conduct product demonstrations, coordinate site visits, prepare quotations, follow up with prospects, and support the sales process through successful closure.

The candidate will be required to travel to client locations regularly, demonstrate VJSMART products, understand customer requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and coordinate with the internal team until the order is closed.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit residential and commercial client locations for meetings and site assessments.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations of VJSMART home automation solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing and automation options to customers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate automation solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations based on client requirements.
- Follow up with leads, prospects and existing clients through calls and meetings.
- Negotiate with clients and drive enquiries toward successful order closure.




- Coordinate with the technical/installation team for site requirements and execution.
- Maintain regular updates on leads, quotations, follow-ups and sales status.
- Develop strong relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders and other business partners.
- Ensure timely communication with clients from enquiry to installation.
- Visit multiple client locations as required for demonstrations and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and operational targets.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, operations, business development or a related field.
- Experience in home automation, electrical, lighting, interior, construction or related industries will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler/bike is compulsory.
- Valid driving licence is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently interact with clients at their locations.
- Good presentation and product demonstration skills.
- Robust follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prepare and explain quotations.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel within Hyderabad for client meetings and site visits.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office/Excel and WhatsApp communication.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
