1. JOB PURPOSE

To support the hospital’s marketing and business development activities by developing referral relationships, promoting hospital services, generating patient leads, conducting field visits, and supporting patient acquisition and outreach activities.

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct regular field visits to referring doctors, clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centres, corporates, institutions, and other healthcare stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain professional relationships with doctors and referral sources.

- Promote hospital specialties, consultants, OPD services, diagnostics, procedures, packages, and other facilities.

- Generate and follow up on patient/referral leads and maintain proper records.

- Coordinate with hospital departments regarding consultant availability, OPD schedules, procedures, packages, and patient requirements.

- Organize and participate in health camps, medical awareness programs, doctor meetings, CME programs, corporate health check-ups, and community outreach activities.

- Identify new referral opportunities and support the development of corporate/institutional tie-ups.

- Collect feedback from referring doctors, patients, and external stakeholders and communicate concerns to the concerned department.

- Support hospital promotional activities, including social media, digital campaigns, brochures, banners, and other marketing initiatives.

- Maintain daily visit reports, lead/referral records, and monthly marketing MIS.

- Monitor competitor activities and provide relevant market feedback to management.

- Ensure all information shared with patients, doctors, and external stakeholders is accurate, professional, and approved by hospital management.

- Perform any other marketing/business development responsibilities assigned by management.

1. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration,



Healthcare Management, or any related field.

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Healthcare Management will be an added advantage.

- 1–3 years of experience in hospital/healthcare marketing, preferably with direct hospital exposure.

- Candidates with experience in doctor referral management, hospital business development, health camps, or corporate tie-ups will be preferred.

- Freshers may be considered if they have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with doctors and hospital departments.

- Number of productive field visits.

1. ACCOUNTABILITY

The Hospital Marketing Executive shall be responsible for effective field marketing, referral-source development, lead generation, follow-up, and promotion of hospital services, while maintaining professional conduct and complying with hospital policies and applicable healthcare regulations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
