We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Lead who can take complete ownership of lead generation, demand generation, market research, outbound campaigns, and marketing execution.

This is not a role where you will wait for instructions on what campaign to run next.

We need someone who can independently identify opportunities, test new markets, create campaigns, generate qualified leads, and continuously build a strong business pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify current markets, industries, niches, and business opportunities.
- Create Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas based on our services and target markets.
- Research and build targeted prospect databases.
- Identify decision-makers and relevant companies through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, databases, and other prospecting tools.
- Plan, launch,



and manage cold email campaigns.
- Handle LinkedIn prospecting, outreach, follow-ups, and automation.
- Write strong B2B cold emails, LinkedIn messages, campaign copy, offers, hooks, and pitches.
- Understand buyer psychology and create messaging that generates responses.
- Continuously test different industries, ICPs, messaging, offers, channels, and campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and improve conversion from outreach to qualified meetings.
- Work closely with the sales and management team to improve lead quality and business opportunities.
- Take ownership of the complete marketing and lead generation function.

AI & Automation We are specifically looking for someone who is very strong with AI tools and knows how to use AI to execute marketing activities faster.
