- Technical Automation Lead

Role Summary We are looking for a Technical Automation Lead to drive automation initiatives, manage the technical team, and support scalable onboarding and integration solutions for current partners/customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the technical automation team
- Identify and automate manual business processes
- Design and build scalable, reliable onboarding and integration solutions
- Develop and manage customized report/tools as and when required
- Collaborate with business and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Python and scripting/programming languages (JavaScript, Java, or C# preferred)
- Experience in process automation and system integration
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
