Role Summary

- You will lead livelihood initiatives, driving planning, coordination, and execution of community-focused CSR programs.
- You will be responsible for ensuring solid implementation discipline, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery of livelihood initiatives in an onsite environment.
- The role requires structured program management, clear reporting, and consistent follow-through to support measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of livelihood CSR initiatives, ensuring activities are planned, coordinated, and delivered effectively.




- Align program actions with CSR priorities and approved objectives in collaboration with internal teams and implementation partners.
- Monitor field execution, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions to improve delivery quality and consistency.
- Track program progress, consolidate updates, and prepare clear status reports for review and decision-making.
- Coordinate with community partners, vendors, and other external agencies involved in livelihood programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and compliance-related inputs for program governance.
- Review implementation outcomes against targets, capture learnings, and support continuous improvement in program design and execution.
- Escalate operational risks, delays, or exceptions promptly and follow through on closure with relevant stakeholders.
