- Logistics Excellence: Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory turnover to ensure lean manufacturing principles are met.

Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering;
an MBA in Supply Chain/Operations is highly preferred.

Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the Electric Vehicle (EV) powertrain ecosystem (Batteries, Motors, Inverters) and Heavy Equipment components (Castings,
Fabrications, Hydraulics).

- Legal: Proven track record in high-value contract negotiations and understanding of legal frameworks for international procurement.
