- 10-12 years of experience in Learning Development, Consulting, Capability Building, Workforce Development, Corporate Learning, or Skill Development.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale learning solutions.
- Prior exposure to consulting, capability building, technical training, or transformation programs preferred.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Management, HR, Education, or related discipline.
- Masters Degree / MBA preferred.
- Identify skill and execution gaps and trace root causes to training content, methodology, technology or assessment design.
- Lead the design of enterprise-wide learning and capability solutions, Translate business challenges into competency-based learning interventions ,Develop role-based capability frameworks, learning journeys, certification structures, and workforce development models. Create solutions across technical, functional, leadership, behavioral, and future skills domains.
- Define job-specific efficiency metrics covering output, quality, time, precision, safety and downtime impact
- Assess post-deployment, role-wise workforce efficiency at shopfloor and site level across Adani Group businesses.Provide structured feedback to training teams on content enhancement, simulators, RTC, OJT and real-life exposure
- Recommend robust pre-deployment readiness and assessment parameters
- Map workforce efficiency variance to plant productivity, throughput, yield and operating cost ( /unit, /hour, /plant-day)
- Design role-wise workforce efficiency improvement journeys from deployment to expert performance
- Operate as a cross-business strategic advisor, spending significant time on live shopfloors
