We’re Hiring: Sr. Manager / AGM – Leasing

Location: Aerocity, Delhi NCR

We are looking for an energetic professional who will be responsible for maximizing the leasing performance of the Company’s Industrial and Warehousing real estate portfolio in India.

The role will play an integral part in developing the leasing strategy and execution for the repositioning of Industrial & Logistics Parks.

Key Responsibilities• Deal with and negotiate leases within the portfolio and Build-to-Suit opportunities.

- Manage and source the broker network, canvas for new tenants, maintain current tenant relationships, and negotiate lease proposals, amendments, and lease renewals.
- Maintain valuable knowledge of supply chain solutions and contacts among 3PL and corporate customers.
- Handle transaction forms including, but not limited to, Letters of Intent (LOIs), commission agreements,



buyer representation agreements, co-broker agreements, referral agreements, listing agreements, and other related brokerage documents.
- Assist in the marketing of each property and ensure updated information and accuracy across collaterals, website, and marketing venues.
- Develop a marketing strategy, evaluate available marketing techniques, and select those that have maximum appeal to the target market at a reasonable cost.

Qualification & Experience• Graduate in any stream. Master’s/Postgraduate in SCM or Marketing Management preferred.
