Lasting Software Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for the position of Implementation Manager to lead the end-to-end deployment of Lasting ERP at client organisations across the manufacturing, trading and distribution sectors.

The incumbent will be the principal point of contact between the client and the Company from order confirmation through to go-live and stabilisation, and will be directly accountable for the timeliness, quality and commercial closure of every assigned implementation.

2. Key Responsibilities

1. Own the implementation

- Own a portfolio of client implementations end to end, and carry the delivery timeline as your personal commitment.
- Run project kickoff with the client's management: agree scope, milestones, responsibilities on both sides, and the escalation matrix.
- Decide sequencing — which modules go live first, based on where the client's pain is greatest.

2. Process study and configuration

- Conduct an on-site AS-IS study of the client's purchase, sales, stores, production, quality, accounts and dispatch workflows.
- Design the to-be process inside Lasting ERP and obtain written sign-off from the client's management before configuration begins.
- Configure the system: user roles and rights, approval chains, numbering series, print formats, QC checkpoints, warehouse and location setup.

3. Scope control and commercials

- Draw a explicit line between what is included in the implementation scope and what is chargeable extra development, and communicate it to the client in writing before work starts.
- Convert genuine requirements into written specifications for the development team, with effort estimates and commercial impact.
- Protect the project from uncontrolled scope creep, without making the client feel nickel-and-dimed.

4. Training and adoption

- Lead module-wise training for the client's users — store keepers, purchase, sales, supervisors, accounts and management.
- Ensure SOPs and user manuals are prepared and actually used.




- Drive adoption after go-live; a client with a live system and no usage is an incomplete implementation.

5. Go-live and stabilisation

- Coordinate the data migration team's inputs and validate cut-over data before go-live.
- Run User Acceptance Testing with client users, plan the cut-over, and execute go-live.
- Stay with the account through stabilisation and hand over cleanly to the support team with complete documentation.

6. Team and client management

- Direct the Process Coordinator's follow-up priorities and act on the escalations they raise.
- Coordinate the data migration and development teams' involvement on your accounts.
- Be the senior point of contact for the client's management; handle difficult conversations on delays, scope and expectations.

7. Reporting

- Report account-wise status, risks and slippage to management on a fixed weekly rhythm.
- Maintain accurate project documentation — sign-offs, minutes, issue logs and change registers — for every account.

* 3. Essential Qualifications and Skills

- Graduate or Post-Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Applications.
- Minimum two years of demonstrable experience in ERP implementation, business analysis or software project delivery.
- Sound knowledge of core business functions — sales, purchase, inventory, production, accounts and payroll — and their representation within an ERP system.
- Proven ability to plan and deliver projects to committed timelines.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel for analysis, reporting and data validation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi, with the confidence to engage client proprietors and senior management directly.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent client engagements and to travel frequently to client sites across India.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹1,936,508.25 per month
