Senior HR Generalist

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, payroll coordination, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and exit formalities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiation, offers, and joining.

Handle employee onboarding, induction, HRMS updates, and joining formalities.

Maintain employee records and documentation, including appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion, appraisal, warning, and exit letters.

Manage attendance, leave, regularisation, WFH, and overtime records.

Coordinate monthly payroll and verify attendance, LOP, incentives, deductions, new joiners, exits, and salary revisions.

Handle employee queries, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.





Coordinate performance reviews, probation, confirmation, and PIP processes.

Implement HR policies and support PF, ESIC, TDS, POSH, and other HR compliances.

Manage employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Handle resignation, notice period, clearance, Full & Final Settlement, relieving and experience letters.

Prepare and maintain HR MIS, headcount, recruitment, attendance, payroll, and attrition reports.

Coordinate with Finance, IT, Admin, and department managers for smooth HR operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.

4–7 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations.

Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, HRMS, Employee Relations, Documentation, and Compliance.

Positive communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and MS Excel skills.
