We are looking for a seasoned Senior HR Officer to manage core HR operations and ensure smooth functioning of all HR processes at 3IDEA Technology. The role will focus on employee lifecycle management, compliance, payroll coordination, and HR policy implementation.

What youll do

- Key Responsibilities:

- 1.

- HR Operations

- Manage complete employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit formalities)

- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HRMIS

- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee data

- 1. - Payroll Compliance

- Coordinate and validate monthly payroll inputs

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.)

- Liaise with consultants/auditors for compliance and legal matters

- Stay updated with labor laws and ensure adherence

- 1. - Employee Engagement Relations

- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions

- Drive engagement initiatives and maintain positive work culture

- Conduct employee feedback and satisfaction activities

- 1. - Performance Management

- Manage performance appraisal cycles (KRA/KPI tracking)





- Support managers in performance reviews and feedback processes

- 1. - Policy Process Implementation

- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs

- Ensure company-wide compliance with HR policies

- Support audits (internal external HR audits)

- 1. - Training Development

- Identify training needs and coordinate LD initiatives

- Maintain training records and effectiveness reports

- Expertise in payroll processing and statutory compliance

- Good understanding of labor laws and HR policies

- Experience with HRMS tools (Zoho HRMS preferred)

- Robust interpersonal and problem-solving skills
