- Design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions using IBM DataPower, IBM MQ, and WebSphere/IIB.

- Strong hands-on experience with DataPower IDG/X2, MPGW, WSP, SSL, AAA, and security configurations.

- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, message flows, routing, mediation, and data transformation solutions.

- Work extensively with IBM MQ, including Queue Managers, Channels, Queues, Clusters, and HA configurations.

- Develop integration logic using ESQL, Java, XSLT, XML, and JSON.

- Perform DataPower installation, configuration, firmware upgrades, patching, migration, and performance tuning.

- Monitor and troubleshoot integration environments using Splunk, AppDynamics, and DPOD.

- Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, QA, and application teams to resolve complex technical issues.

- Support CI/CD deployments and automate integration deployments using Python and SOMA scripts.

- Provide production support, root-cause analysis, technical documentation, and 2nd/3rd-level support for enterprise middleware platforms.
