nAbout the Role

n

nWe're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to lead creative production across our real estate marketing campaigns — from static creatives and brand collateral to reels, walkthroughs, and campaign videos. You'll work closely with the marketing operations, digital marketing, and pre-sales teams to translate project positioning into compelling visual and video content across digital, print, and on-ground channels.

nKey Responsibilities

nDesign and produce high-quality creatives for digital campaigns (Meta, Google Display, YouTube), print collateral, hoardings, and sales kits

nEdit and produce video content — project walkthroughs, testimonials, reels, ad films, and event coverage — for social media and campaign use

nOwn the visual brand identity across all project and corporate communication, ensuring consistency in tone, typography, and style

nCollaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and sales teams to understand campaign briefs and translate them into visual concepts

nManage end-to-end video production: shoot planning/coordination, editing, color grading, sound design, and final delivery

nDesign brochures, floor plans, signages, exhibition standees, and other pre-sales/sales enablement material

nWork with external vendors (photographers, videographers, printers)



when needed and ensure quality control on deliverables

nMaintain an organized creative asset library and ensure timely delivery against campaign calendars

nStay current with design trends, social media formats, and video content styles relevant to real estate marketing

nMentor junior designers/editors on the team (if applicable) and maintain design QC standards

nRequirements

n5–8 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, ideally with exposure to real estate, retail, or lifestyle brands

nStrong portfolio demonstrating both static design and video editing work

nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) — knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is a plus

nSolid understanding of motion graphics, typography, layout, and color theory

nExperience creating content optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn)

nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within tight timelines

nStrong communication skills to interpret briefs and present creative concepts to stakeholders

nBachelor's degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field preferred

nGood to Have

nExperience with 3D walkthroughs or architectural visualization

nBasic photography/videography skills for in office shoots

nFamiliarity with real estate marketing formats (project brochures, RERA-compliant creatives, etc.)
