Were looking for a designer whose first love is graphic design. Someone who obsesses over typography, layouts, grids, colour, hierarchy and visual storytelling and understands that every design decision should communicate something meaningful.

At five or six years in, youre not just executing well. Youre building systems other people can use, and you can explain a decision to a client without saying it just feels right.

If you spend your free time exploring new design styles, experimenting with AI tools, or analysing why a brand works, wed love to meet you.

What youll do

- Design brand identities, visual systems and communication assets from the ground up.
- Create presentations, websites, social media creatives, product campaigns and marketing collateral.
- Build identity guidelines and systems that hold together across every application.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Writers, Strategists and Developers.
- Present design rationale with confidence rather than relying on personal taste.
- Guide and review the work of mid-level designers.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail across every deliverable.
- Experiment with AI-assisted design workflows and help improve how the team works.

What were looking for

- 56 years of experience,



preferably in a branding or design studio.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design fundamentals and at least one identity system you built end to end.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy.
- Robust interest in branding, communication design and storytelling.
- Experience working in small, collaborative teams where ownership matters.
- Comfortable presenting to clients and handling feedback well.
- Curious, humble and constantly learning.
- An AI enthusiast who actively experiments with emerging creative tools and workflows.
- Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Ideogram, Framer AI or similar.

Bonus points

- Experience designing responsive websites.
- Motion design or animation skills.
- Experience mentoring junior designers.
