- Lead statutory compliance including GST, TDS filings, reconciliations, assessments, and regulatory notices.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and business performance analysis.
- Drive budgeting, cash flow management, working capital planning, and treasury operations.
- Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, stock statements, and financial data submissions.
- Partner with auditors, tax consultants, company secretaries, and marketplace stakeholders.
- Support investor reporting, fundraising requirements,



and strategic finance initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a growing finance team while strengthening financial controls and processes.

The Successful Applicant

- A strong background in accounting or finance.
- Experience in managing financial operations.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
- Confidence in using financial tools and software.
