Team Lead – AMC & Projects

CCTV | Genetec Security System | Access Control | VMS

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – AMC & Projects to manage AMC operations, technical support, team performance, client coordination, and project activities for CCTV, Genetec Security Systems, Access Control, VMS, and other electronic security systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise Engineers, Technicians, and Support Staff.
- Coordinate daily AMC, preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance, and breakdown activities.
- Monitor daily call logs and ensure timely closure of service calls.
- Conduct regular audits of ground-level breakdown calls.
- Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV, Genetec Security Systems, Access Control, VMS, and related security equipment.
- Provide Level-2 technical support for hardware, software, networking, VMS, CCTV, and access-control systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Genetec Security Center / VMS, CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR, access-control systems, controllers, readers, and associated equipment.
- Prepare and submit PM, maintenance, incident, system-performance, and other required reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding AMC services, technical issues, and upcoming requirements/projects.
- Coordinate with the HO/Reporting Manager for client requirements and project execution.
- Manage and audit client edge-device inventory and AMC maintenance equipment.
- Manage team resources including manpower, vehicles, tools, fiber splicing machines, OTDR,



and other maintenance equipment.
- Provide training and refresher training to team members on CCTV, Genetec, Access Control, VMS, new products, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Ensure proper team discipline, punctuality, grooming, housekeeping, and site-office management.
- Support and take responsibility for projects executed under AMC locations whenever required.
- Encourage good performance, teamwork, and continuous technical development.
- Take additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in CCTV / Genetec / Access Control / VMS / Electronic Security Systems.
- Hands-on knowledge of Genetec Security Center will be preferred.
- Experience in CCTV surveillance systems, IP cameras, NVR/DVR, and VMS.
- Knowledge of Access Control Systems, controllers, card/biometric readers, and related software.
- Knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, switches, fiber optics, splicing and OTDR.
- Experience in AMC operations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and Level-2 support.
- Strong team-handling and client-coordination skills.
- Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work at indoor/outdoor locations and beyond regular working hours when required.

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹460,000.00 per year
