Responsibilities

- Work collaboratively with software engineering, infrastructure, and security to automate deployment and operation of our systems hosted in AWS Cloud.

- Help automate and streamline our operations and processes. Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations, and troubleshoot and resolve issues in our dev, test, and production environments.

- Work on complex, major, or highly visible tasks in support of multiple projects that require multiple areas of expertise.

- Provide support incident response and readiness as part of an Operations Center.

- Support incident change management processes for cloud services.





- Setting up and configuring monitoring of cloud services and its required infrastructure, and for performing monitoring and break/fix support on a need basis

Education and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Programming/Systems or Computer Science or equivalent experience.

- 7-10 years of proven experience in analysis, programming and supporting complex technical solutions

- Including planning, development, implementation and support
