About the Role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with 5-8 years of hands-on experience to build, operate, and continuously improve cloud-native infrastructure and DevOps environments.

The role involves working across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP , with a strong focus on Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automation, observability, security, and production operations. You will take ownership of technical deliverables, troubleshoot complex production issues, and work closely with engineering teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities Cloud Infrastructure & Kubernetes

- Design, deploy, manage, and optimize production cloud environments across AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Manage production workloads on EKS / AKS / GKE , including deployments, scaling, upgrades, troubleshooting, and cluster maintenance.
- Work with core cloud services including compute, storage, databases, networking, IAM, and load balancers.
- Implement backup, recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery practices.

CI/CD, IaC & Automation

- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins , or similar tools.
- Implement application delivery using ArgoCD, Flux, Spinnaker , or similar CD/GitOps tools.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code best practices.
- Automate operational processes using Bash/Python and reduce manual effort.

Security, Monitoring & Reliability

- Implement cloud security best practices including IAM, RBAC, least privilege, secrets management, vulnerability management, and OS hardening .
- Configure monitoring, logging, alerting, and dashboards using Grafana, Prometheus, Coralogix,



New Relic, Datadog, CloudWatch , or similar tools.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, and application performance issues.
- Participate in production incident management, RCA, and reliability improvements .

Cloud Optimization

- Identify opportunities for cloud cost, performance, and resource optimization .
- Contribute to FinOps and operational best practices across client environments.

Ownership & Collaboration

- Independently own technical deliverables and production environments.
- Work closely with Development, SRE, Security, and Cloud teams to solve complex technical problems.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or Cloud Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP .
- Production experience with Kubernetes , preferably EKS.
- Strong understanding of Docker and containerized workloads .
- Hands-on experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code .
- Solid experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines .
- Experience with GitHub Actions,



GitLab CI, Jenkins , or similar.
- Experience with ArgoCD, Flux, Spinnaker , or similar is preferred.
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Positive scripting experience with Bash and/or Python .
- Understanding of cloud networking fundamentals - VPC/VNet, DNS, routing, load balancers, security groups, SSL/TLS .
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, ownership, and production support capabilities.

Nice to Have

- Experience across multiple cloud platforms .
- Exposure to FinOps and cloud cost optimization .
- Experience with cloud-native security tools such as GuardDuty, Security Hub, Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, or GCP Security Command Center .
- Understanding of SRE practices, SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and incident management .
- Relevant AWS/Azure/GCP certifications.
