ABHFL has expanded in Emerging, and Tier I market across country given the volume of Leads, Login which have inflow we would need Analytics to identify which cases to pick and process that will reduce overall waste and Increase approval and decision rates and make system more productive. Given the sourcing from different customer segments and category like Prime, Affordable, and Informal segment through various channels like DSA, Referral, Builders, the pricing strategy would have to be analytics driven for better conversion among different segments. Also, the collection strategy must be analytics driven which will help predict NPA, delinquency basis customer behaviours and sourcing parameters In P&L; there are cost parameters like ECL Provisioning whose impact to P&L; is huge and hence these parameters need to be predicted and optimised thereby increasing overall profitability.

Key Challenges

- Ability to work with stakeholders across all level understand business objectives and make sure any analysis or finding are aligned to those business objectives

- Deliver Complex and regular adhoc analysis using appropriate Analytics model

- Identify problem statement and render tangible solutioning specifically from optimisation of process, product, Sales Optimisation, commercials, underwriting method





Enabling Skill Sets & Qualifications

- Understanding of Business Analytics Tool and techniques like Machine Learning, Statistics etc.

- Hands on Experience in designing, developing visually appealing and easy to Use Dashboards using Power BI

- Handson experience with Python language knowledge of libraries for Data science like NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaburn, ScikitLearn, Tensor Flow

- Hands on Experience in MySQL and knowledge of working with databases

- Experience of 45 years in Home Loans, Retail Lending products or related industry.

- Educational Qualification Graduate preferably in Statistics/Mathematics, Analytics, Computer Science or related fields

- KRA1 Data Visualization Create Automated Data Visualization reports for use cases like Monitoring Daily Portfolio Movement, Customer Churn, Product Portfolio health, Collection etc. for leadership team

- KRA2 Predictive Analytics Build Predictive Models for use cases like collection efficiency, delinquency, Bounce Rates, Customer Churn, ECL Provisioning, NPA, Customer Segmentation, Campaigns, Customer Behavior etc.

- KRA3 Prescriptive Analytics Prescriptive Analytics for Decision Making under constraints use cases like Recovery Strategy, Cost Benefit Analysis of projects, Budget etc.

- KRA4 Automated Reports Automated Activity Trackers / Business Dashboards for various functions like Sales, Risk, Fice, HR Operations etc.
