Credifide Solutions Pvt Ltd. is a quick-growing US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company specializing in medical billing and provider credentialing. We're looking for a Sr. Credentialing Executive to lead our credentialing operations and ensure providers are enrolled accurately and on time across insurance panels and hospital privileges.

About the Role

We're hiring a Sr. Credentialing Executive to oversee end-to-end provider enrollment and primary source verification. This role balances hands-on handling of complex provider files with supervising a team of credentialing specialists to make sure applications never stall. This is a strictly night-shift role aligned to US timings -only apply if you can commit to working US hours consistently, on-site.

Key Responsibilities

● Team Supervision: Manage the daily workflow of Credentialing Specialists, assigning provider files and monitoring progress to ensure no applications stall

● Application Management: Oversee submission and follow-up of initial credentialing and re-credentialing applications across specialties (Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payers)

● Quality Control: Review completed applications for accuracy and compliance before submission to minimize delays or denials

● Training & Development: Lead onboarding of new hires and provide ongoing training on updated payer requirements, portal navigation, and internal SOPs

● Payer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for insurance payers to resolve enrollment discrepancies, contract issues, or “pended” applications

● Reporting: Maintain and update a centralized tracking database; provide weekly status reports to management on provider “billable” status

● Compliance: Ensure all provider data is current in CAQH, NPPES, and PECOS; monitor expiration dates for licenses, DEAs, and board certifications

● Problem Solving: Serve as the escalation point for the team on credentialing roadblocks or complex multi-state enrollment requirements

Requirements





● Must be able to work a night shift aligned to US timings, on-site, Monday to Friday — non-negotiable

● 3–6 years of experience in medical credentialing and provider enrollment, including 3+ years in an SME role

● Deep understanding of NCQA standards, CMS guidelines, and state-specific payer requirements

● Hands-on experience with CAQH ProView, PECOS, and NPPES (NPI) portals

● Strong Excel skills for data tracking

● Transparent, professional communication skills for interacting with providers, office managers, and insurance representatives

● Detail-oriented - able to catch small documentation errors that could lead to claim denials

● Hands-on experience in preparing, filing, submitting, and following up on medical credentialing and provider enrollment applications.

● Ability to manage team operations while independently handling an assigned application workload.

● Strong professional communication skills with the confidence to communicate directly with US-based providers, office managers, insurance representatives, and internal management.
